Grilled Cedar wood Salmon Recipe for Salmon

Cook Time: About 20 min. depending on thinkness
Ingredients: 2 to 5 lb. Salmon Filet, Olive Oil, Old Bay Seasoning, 1 Lemon (sliced), sprigs of parsley and cedar boards (can be purchased at Walmart where the grills accessories are or at Stop & Shop, etc.)
Directions: Soak the Cedar boards in water for 1/2 hour, while soaking wash and dry salmon filet then coat both sides with Olive Oil. Lay salmon filet (skin side down) on cedar board, then sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning and topped with the slices of lemon. Place the cedar board with salmon on top of the grill over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes (depending on the thinkness of the salmon), when done place parsley on top of salmon and serve.
Other Notes: The oils in the cedar wood will give off an aroma that will give the salmon a unique flavor.
